A blatant knock-off of one of my most beloved Japanese burger joints - Mos Burger.  Is nothing sacred?..

I'm not sure if there was some festival or celebration going on that day, but there seemed to be a lot of balloons being sold.  The burst of colours was a nice contrast to the otherwise pretty grey surroundings.
