All the studies show that green tea is good for you in many ways, from boosting your immune system, to lowering cholesterol, to even reducing the chances of getting certain types of cancer. So these days I've been trying to drink it more regularly (not just when I'm at Japanese restaurants). I like this one for its clean and simple package design.

The Morning After
I've had the worst flu the last 2 days. Usually, I don't take medicine when I'm feeling ill and instead just try to remedy myself through natural means; but this time I felt like I was never gonna come out of this shivering and sweaty fetal position and wanted to die right there on the couch under my pile of blankets.
So I gave in and asked my helper to pick up some medicine for me. Of course she doesn't come back with Tylenol and Neocitran. But instead, some gnarly looking vials of Chinese liquid. She said it's what a lot of people take here when they're sick. Everything was written in Chinese, so I just had to take her word for it. What other choice did I have?

I guess it did the trick though, as I'm at least (barely) walking around today..

Time On The Knees
Those knee pads reminded me of this prank call that Tracy Morgan (of 30 Rock fame) did for Crank Yankers a long time ago (NSFW, or people who are easily offended, or probably little kids either)..
Done back in 2002, the recording dates itself a little (the caller is still drinking Cristal, and I don't think anybody calls in to place personal ads anymore), but the qualities that a guy looks for in a girl has remained pretty much the same.
