I just finished reading one of the funniest books ever. Justin Halpern, creator of Twitter sensation @shitmydadsays, one day announces that he's decided to propose to his girlfriend. His dad gives Justin some advice: before doing so, he should take a day off and think back over everything he's learned in life about women, relationships, and himself, before making his decision. So that's what he does - revisiting his pivotal experiences with the opposite sex, beginning with his first crush in elementary school.
The awkwardnesses, the first times, the high-five-to-self moments - they're all things we remember about dating (or trying to date) girls. The situations he gets himself into are hilarious. And with his dad's patented brand of no b.s. wisdom interspersed throughout, this book had me laughing out loud as I was reading it on the plane.
